Number 16, Via Vallone Porta Nuova is a beautifully decorated end of terrace house with fantastic views in the centre of Citta Sant' Angelo, a stunning hilltop (320m) village overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Città Sant'Angelo is a village of important historic interest with Roman ruins and a detailed history from the year 885 onwards. The property is a ten minute drive to the beach and just over an hours drive to the ski resorts of the Apennines.

The house has been recently renovated to a very good standard and includes Sky TV, DVD and Surround Sound. The property sleeps up to five and is available as a weekly rental with arrival on a Saturday. Other arrival days and short breaks by negotiation.

A hire car is recommended although the village has all that you would need for a weeks stay. At the last count there were over 10 restaurants alone!

Getting here.

Citta Sant Angelo is a few miles north-west of Pescara, Abruzzo, over looking the Adriatic Coast. The area is covered by excellent road links and there is an exit for Citta Sant Angelo off the E55 Motorway. The house is just over a five minute drive from the motorway exit.

Price and Booking

Prices range from £320 to £500 per week. Employees, friends and family of employees of both United Airlines and Monarch Airlines will receive a 20% discount off quoted rental rates.

50% deposit is payable at the time of booking with the balance due 28 days prior to arrival. There is a refundable deposit of 250 euros and a non-refundable 50 euro cleaning fee to be paid on arrival. Check in is 2pm and check out 10am.
